Jinane Nehmé, Nutritionist Dietitian
I am a registered dietitian-nutritionist and a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from McGill University and provide evidence-based, personalized nutrition care tailored to each client’s lifestyle, culture, and goals.
My Approach & Expertise
I support clients across a range of concerns, including weight management, hormonal health, digestive issues, and disordered eating. My approach prioritizes restoring nutritional stability and establishing consistent, balanced eating patterns to support both physical and psychological well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to normalize eating behaviors, gently reintroduce feared foods, and reduce rigid or restrictive patterns.
With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and behavior change, I help clients rebuild trust in their body’s internal cues—such as hunger and fullness—while offering clear, non-judgmental education to challenge common myths about food, weight, and health. My work bridges insight and action by providing practical, real-life strategies for navigating meals, social situations, and everyday challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.
I am known for a realistic and compassionate approach that emphasizes sustainable habit change over restrictive dieting. When appropriate, I collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care, particularly when supporting clients with complex relationships with food.
My goal is to make nutrition simple, effective, and sustainable—while helping clients develop a more balanced, flexible, and trusting relationship with food.
I look forward to partnering with you and, when appropriate, collaborating with other members of your care team to support your physical and emotional well-being.
